As a result, Toobin jokes that he is now going "to make all [his] predictions about the past."
The Gillette-Torvik Blog considers that a victory. But we know it won't last.
I have mixed feelings about Mr. Toobin not making predictions. No predictions might raise the level of discourse in the country but it would also give us less to blog about. The question is which is the greater good.
