How long before someone responds this way in a deposition?

So last week, nineteen-year-old baseball phenom and Nevada native Bryce Harper was asked by a reporter what beer he was going to drink to celebrate a long home run.  Mr. Harper responded by telling the reporter, "That's a clown question, bro." 

As ESPN notes, Mr. Harper's reply went viral.  So viral that Nevada Senator Harry Reid used it yesterday.

United States Senators are not known for being on top of popular culture.  For example, at the time he was voting on legislation to cap ATM fees, Nebraska Senator Ben Nelson admitted he had never used an ATM.  If even members of the  Senate know about Mr Harper's retort, it won't be long before lawyers are getting that answer in depositions.  As anyone who has sat through a deposition knows, depositions are full of clown questions.
